See if you can slowly cut back on the amount of times you spend checking yourself in the mirror. See if you can spread out the times. Morning wash-up, midday refreshing and washing for bed should be the goal!
Nothing is going to change from the last time you checked. Reassure yourself that you look good enough and focus on more internal issues. Once you understand those and feel good about yourself and your life you won’t need to check your mirror anymore.
