Do You Want To Worry Less? 1 Great Book With 5 Helpful Techniques!

book signMany people come to see me because they worry and fear that bad things will happen to them and their loved ones.

Naturally, they feel unhappy and fearful. They want to stop worrying as much as they do, but they don’t know how. They feel stuck and afraid to “not” pay attention to their fear.

There are techniques to help you learn to let go of worries you can not control and find solutions for those you can.

A good book to read is called, The Worry Trick: How Your Brain Tricks You into Expecting the Worst and What You Can Do About It 1st Edition
by David A Carbonell PhD (Author), Sally M. Winston PsyD (Foreword)

Technique:

  1. Start by making a list of your worries. Next week, I’ll tell you what to do with your list.

*Noted: Worry is a normal part of the human condition. It depends on the degree to which you worry and how much discomfort you feel.
